对此，活动主办方鹰之娱乐发布情况声明称：“本次李权哲高铁出行车票，全程由我方主办方统一通过第三方平台预订。购票操作完成后，平台当时反馈订票成功、座位信息确认无误，艺人及随行团队均依照该座位信息安排出行，事前并未接到座位变更的相关通知，后续座位出现调整，属于票务预订环节出现意外状况。”

7月26日下午，中国铁路北京局石家庄客运段回应：“针对网传某演艺人员乘高铁占座、活动主办方称‘事前并未接到座位变更的相关通知，后续座位出现调整’的情况，我段进行了认真调查，具体情况为：某演艺人员乘坐的高铁车次为7月24日的G1043次，由我段担当乘务，该趟列车车票出票后，全程座位无变更。”
